Swimm accepts returns within 60 days of you receiving your swimwear.

Swimm will only accept returned swimwear in its original condition that are in all original packaging, including tags and hygiene seals intact along with your receipt.

For change of mind on purchase, Swimm will give a store credit. The customer will be responsible for return shipping costs.

We only accept returns using a tracking delivery service and are not liable for any refunds on swimwear lost in transit if no tracking service is used.

Swimm is not responsible for shipping costs of returns for an exchange of size on all orders so please ensure you check our Sizing page  or contact us  on the Contact page for correct sizing help.

For hygiene purposes, please try on swimwear whilst wearing your underwear.

As all swimwear is made in-house in small quantities, quality control is high, however in the unlikely event that you have faulty swimwear please get in touch with us on the contact form to let us know you will be returning the product so we can organise a store credit, exchange or refund.
